LienClear offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not generated more than 5 documents, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing year.
Founding Member subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you are unsatisfied for any reason. After 14 days, the standard monthly cancellation policy applies.
To request a refund, email us at hello@lienclear.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (e.g. repeated refund requests across billing cycles).
